A New Era for Women’s Cricket: BCB Introduces National Contracts & Salary Hikes

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has introduced national contracts for 30 additional female cricketers.

The contracts will provide a monthly salary until June 2025.
The BCB has also raised the salary for centrally-contracted women cricketers.
Grades A and B will receive BDT 120,000 and BDT 100,000 per month, respectively.
Grades C and D will receive BDT 70,000 and BDT 60,000 per month, respectively.
The BCB has introduced match- and series-winning bonuses for the women’s team.
Bonuses range from BDT 100,000 to BDT 30,000 depending on the opponent’s ranking.
