- Police denied allegations, stating female police were present and no incidents occurred, claiming they were forced to remove protesters to control the situation.
- The job seekers had been protesting for several days, blocking roads and announcing a sit-in program, after the High Court canceled the recruitment process for 6,531 primary assistant teachers on February 6.
- The protesters claimed they were unfairly treated and demanded justice, while police maintained they were following orders to maintain public order.
