A 20-year-old brick kiln worker, Sabbir Hossain, was arrested on Sunday for allegedly raping a 15-year-old female coworker in Nakla, Sherpur.
– The victim’s mother filed a case with the Nakla Police Station on Sunday night.
– Sabbir allegedly took the girl to a secluded area and raped her, promising to marry her.
– Local residents informed the police, who rescued the girl and arrested Sabbir.
– Sabbir was handed over to the Sherpur Chief Judicial Magistrate Court on Monday, and the girl was sent to Sherpur Sadar Hospital for a medical checkup.
