– The incident occurred on March 5, when the woman’s husband was away, and she was contacted by a man named Prince on TikTok, who offered to help her with a loan.
– The woman filed a case under the Prevention of Violence against Women and Children Act and the Pornography Control Act at the Kadamtali Police Station on March 7.
– A RAB-10 team arrested Fahim Hasan on Thursday afternoon in the Matuail area of the capital, based on secret information and with the help of information technology.
– Fahim’s house is in Medinimandal of Louhajang Police Station in Munshiganj, and he has been handed over to Kadamtali Police Station.
– The investigation officer, Inspector Md. Safayet Hossain, said the woman was sent for a forensic examination, but the report has not been received yet.
– Another accused, Arafat, was arrested earlier on March 8.
