A 20-year-old woman filed a complaint that she was gang-raped in an abandoned tin shed near Laksam Railway Junction in Comilla.
– The incident reportedly occurred on June 8 when the victim met an auto driver named Enayet Rahman Sakku while searching for someone.
– According to the complaint, Sakku and three other men, Khorshed, Sagar, and Swapan, allegedly raped the victim.
– The victim reported the incident to her cousin, who filed a complaint with Laksam Police Station on June 17.
– Police arrested three suspects, Sakku, Sagar, and Swapan, and sent them to jail through Comilla court.
– The victim was sent to Comilla Medical College Hospital for treatment.
– A case was filed under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act, 2000.
