– The incident reportedly occurred between 8:45 am and 9:15 am.
– A railway employee, Saiful Islam, a train PA operator, was arrested in connection with the incident.
– The victim’s home is in Kurigram, and the accused’s home is in Gaibandha.
– The victim reported the incident to railway police on duty, leading to Saiful’s arrest.
– The case will be filed in Kamalapur, as the incident occurred there.
