Three men, Dulal Chandra Das, Sajib Khan, and Rupu Mia, were arrested for allegedly raping a young woman at Tangail Railway Station.
– The victim, a 22-year-old maid from Brahmanbaria, boarded a train from Dhaka’s Airport Station to Chittagong but got off at Tangail station by mistake.
– The three men allegedly promised to drop her off at a Dhaka-bound bus but instead took her to a secluded area and raped her.
– The victim filed a case with the police, and the three men were arrested and later confessed to the crime in court.
– The court ordered them to be sent to jail, and the victim was admitted to Tangail General Hospital for medical examination.
