Woman With Intellectual Disability Allegedly Raped in Jessore

A woman with an intellectual disability was allegedly raped in Abhaynagar, Jessore, on August 26.

– The accused, Halim Molla, a neighbor, was arrested and sent to jail after a case was filed.

– The victim, who is speech-impaired and has a mental health condition, was alone at home when the incident occurred.

– According to the investigation officer, Halim Molla allegedly entered the house on the pretext of buying salt and committed the crime.

– The victim’s family filed a case, and Halim was arrested and produced in court, resulting in his jail sentence.
