Islamic speaker Abu Taha Muhammad Adnan and his wife Sabiqun Nahar have remarried a month after formally separating on October 21. On Tuesday (Dec 2), Sabiqun Nahar confirmed the reconciliation in a public Facebook post, explaining that the decision was taken for the wellbeing of their children and after reflecting on past conflicts.
In her statement, she wrote about the emotional difficulty their two children—Ayesha and Usman—faced after the separation, noting that both repeatedly asked for the absent parent. She described the personal turmoil following the split, acknowledging misunderstandings, anger, and “transgression,” and referred to the reconciliation as a return to stability for the family.
Sabiqun also issued an apology to Abu Taha, saying she had caused him pain and harmed his dignity unintentionally. She expressed gratitude for what she described as his patience and restraint during the separation. Her post framed the reunion through religious language, repeatedly thanking Allah and calling the reconciliation part of their “fate.”
The couple had attracted public attention during their separation due to high visibility in religious circles and social media. With the remarriage, Sabiqun stated that “undesirable matters” surrounding the past will become clear in due time and asked for prayers for the family’s wellbeing.
